These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Gemhog (gemhog.com). By using the website or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Description of the Service

Gemhog is currently a public website with a waitlist for an upcoming mobile app for stock-related podcast research. Through the website, you can sign up for product updates, confirm your email address and unsubscribe again.

Gemhog is NOT investment advice, not a trading platform, not a financial adviser, not a broker and not a regulated financial service. All content is provided for informational purposes only. You can find details in our Disclaimer.

2. Waitlist Registration

A valid email address is required to join the waitlist
We may ask you to confirm your email address
You are responsible for activity carried out through links sent to your email address
Report any unauthorized use to us: hello@gemhog.com
Waitlist access is personal and non-transferable

3. Early Access

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee product access, a launch date or any particular set of features
We may invite waitlist members to early access testing at our sole discretion
We may change, pause or discontinue the waitlist and early access programs at any time

4. Subscription and Payment

Gemhog does not currently sell paid subscriptions through the public website. Should we introduce paid plans later, we will publish updated terms and prices in advance.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in the product update emails
As there are currently no paid subscriptions on the public website, no refunds currently apply

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Redistribute, resell or sublicense content from Gemhog
Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or extract content
Reverse engineer or decompile the service, or attempt to extract source code
Use the service for unlawful purposes
Impersonate other users or third parties
Interfere with the operation or security of the service

7. Intellectual Property

The Gemhog platform, the design and the structure of the processed content belong to Paul-Jasper Sahr
Podcast content and other source material belong to their respective creators and rights holders
Your waitlist data belongs to you
We may use feedback and suggestions from you to improve the service without any obligation to you

8. Limitation of Liability

Public information about podcasts, source material or markets may be incomplete, inaccurate or out of date
Gemhog is NOT responsible for investment decisions you make based on content on the website or in linked sources
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind
To the extent permitted by law, Gemhog's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim
We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages; liability for intent, gross negligence and for injury to life, body and health remains unaffected

9. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Our Privacy Policy contains all the details on how we collect and process your personal data.

10. Changes to the Service

We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time. Where practicable, we will give reasonable notice of material changes that affect registered users.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time
Where practicable, we will notify you of material changes by email
Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms
If you do not agree with updated Terms, you can stop using the service and unsubscribe from the emails

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. As a consumer, you may additionally have rights under the laws of your country of residence.

13. Dispute Resolution

Place of jurisdiction: Oldenburg, Germany, to the extent permitted by law. EU consumers retain the right to bring claims before the courts of their country of residence.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is invalid, it will be adjusted only as far as necessary to make it valid; the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
